RETURNS
We understand our product may not fit every ear due to the diversity of ear shapes and sizes. That’s why we offer a 100-day return policy, allowing you to try them out at your next concert, motorcycle ride, sporting event, race, club outing, workout class, flight, or any other loud activity. If for any reason you are not satisfied, returns are accepted in any condition for a refund. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
To initiate a return, email us at support@earos.com requesting a return and include your order number. Please do not send returns to the address on the package. Please note, we can only issue refunds if the purchase was made on our site. If purchased elsewhere, you will be subject to the return where payment was made.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return, contact us at support@earos.com for assistance.
SHIPPING TIMES
We ship your order using the service selected at checkout and ensure timely delivery to the Post Office. Once in the carrier’s possession, we have no control over shipping speed or delivery details. While delays are rare, we appreciate your patience in such cases.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, our included shipping insurance covers orders up to $100. If this happens, please reach out to us at support@earos.com. We can resend your order or issue a refund within 30 days of the ship date. If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, notify us within 10 days to be eligible for coverage. Reshipments will include signature confirmation.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For orders outside the USA, import duties and customs fees are not included in our prices. You may be billed by your local government upon delivery. EAROS is not responsible for these charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
We process orders quickly, so please double-check your details before purchasing. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at support@earos.com and we will do our best to accommodate before shipping. No changes can be made after the shipping label is created.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an ordered item for a different one, please see section on making a return and place a new order for the correct item.
WARRANTY
We will replace any defective products that do not hold up to quality standards. Please write us at support@earos.com to describe any encountered an issue and we will make it right.
