Shipping policy
SHIPPING TIMES
While most orders are fulfilled within 8 business hours, all orders are fulfilled within a maximum of 3 business days. Once the order in the carrier’s possession, we have no control over shipping speed or delivery details. While delays are rare, we appreciate your patience in such cases.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If your package is lost in transit, our included shipping insurance covers orders up to $100. If this happens, please reach out to us at support@earos.com. We can resend your order or issue a refund. To purchase additional insurance, please email support@earos.com once you place your order.
If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, notify us within 15-45 days from when it was marked deliverd to file a claim. A reshipment is not guarnteed if the tracking is marked delivered but we will do our best to assist. All reshipments will require a signature confirmation and the order will no longer be eligible for return.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For delivery addresses outside the USA, Canada, or the UK, import duties and customs fees may not be included in our prices. You may be billed by your local government upon delivery. EAROS is not responsible for these charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.
