EAROS warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, when purchased from an authorized seller.

Authorized Purchases

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from:

• EAROS.com
• Amazon.com, when sold by EAROS (not third-party sellers)
• Guitar Center
• Other EAROS-approved resellers

Purchases made from unauthorized sellers, including eBay, are not covered under this warranty, as product authenticity cannot be guaranteed.

What This Warranty Covers

If an EAROS product is found to be defective during the warranty period, EAROS will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product, or
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent, or
• Issue a refund of the original purchase price

Proof of purchase from an authorized seller is required.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Loss or theft
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance

Replacement ear tips and accessories are considered consumable items and are not covered unless defective at the time of purchase.

• Proof of purchase from an authorized seller
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product, if applicable
