Please ensure that all replacement requests are approved by our support team before placing your order. To get approval, send your original order information, including where you purchased the product and the order number (or an image of the receipt), to support@earos.com.
Once your request is approved, you can proceed with checkout. Orders placed without approval will be refunded.
Please note, because these replacement units are not stocked in our fulfillment centers, they can not be included with orders containing any other products.
